Shipping Policy:

Free Standard shipping within US on order $35+ (with exception for large or heavy products). All of our products are shipped from Savannah, Georgia via USPS. For Expedited, overnight, or time sensitive products, please contact me In Advance due to most of our products are custom made and made-to-order, we need to know in advance if we'd be able to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

There may be occasional delay in shipping via USPS and UPS due to various reasons including holiday rush. We have no control over possible delays with USPS, UPS, or any carriers. Please plan accordingly when ordering to ensure there's enough time for the package to arrive prior to the date you need them.

Let me know if you'd like to add USPS Signature Confirmation along with your order. It's highly recommend for large order and products with a value of $100+.

 

Please triple check that your shipping address is correct. Free shipping on order over $35+ is offered 1 time. If your order is returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect address, buyer is responsible for reshipping cost. Any Ready To Ship orders with free shipping that are returned will be refund minus 10% restocking fee.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item and send a photograph of these items to me at love@inspiredwithlove.com. If the item sent you is incorrect, please message us and we'll work something out. Please contact Inspired With Love if such a situation occurs or if the item received is faulty or damaged within 5 business days upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please do contact us. We love to hear from our customers.

 

International Orders:

**All international orders will include invoice regardless if marked as gift or not. All international orders require customs forms and these will be filled out truthfully. Any duty imposed by the country of destination is out of our control. International orders may be subject to customs and/or VAT charge, depend on your country's law.

You are responsible for all duties, Customs and/or Vat taxes and fees imposed on the package at customs. These charges are controlled by your country. Inspired With Love have no way to mitigate these charges. We do not issue any refunds for shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the Customs and/or VAT fees.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Since most of our products are custom-made and made-to-order, our turnaround processing time varies. We regularly update our turnaround processing time at https://www.inspiredwithlove.com/pages/faq-turnaround-processing-time If you'd like to verify when your order may be shipped or if you'd like to let us know you need a certain product by a certain date, please do email us at love@inspiredwithlove.com. Turnaround processing time does not include shipping time.

 

When Will My Order Arrive If Shipped Via UPS Ground Instead Of USPS?

UPS Ground estimated delivery time varies, depending on location. Most of our products are shipped from our Savannah, Georgia studio. There may be times where the estimated delivery date may change for various reasons, which is out of our control. UPS Ground estimated transit days map is shown below:

Inspired With Love do not guarantee delivery dates, especially since most of our products are customized and personalized made-to-order, please plan with enough time for processing time plus shipping time.
